Why RUNVO Exists
Because health is better together.
RUNVO was born from a simple belief: movement and community are two of the most powerful tools for health. When you combine them, something extraordinary happens.
Modern life disconnects people from their bodies and from each other. RUNVO was created to bring that connection back - through running, through shared movement, and through genuine human connection.
Every Saturday morning, people from all walks of life come together in Melbourne to run, walk, and start their weekend with purpose. There are no qualifying times. No pressure. Just movement, fresh air, and a community that shows up for each other.
RUNVO Values
What RUNVO stands for
Community First
RUNVO exists because health is better shared. Connection, accountability, and shared movement create lasting change.
Movement For All
All levels welcome. Whether you run 3km or 15km, RUNVO meets you where you are and moves with you.
Start Weekends Right
Every Saturday morning, we gather to run, walk, move, and connect. The weekend begins with intention.
Wellness Culture
RUNVO is more than running. It is a modern wellness and performance culture built around consistency and connection.
Melbourne Roots
Meeting at the Shrine of Remembrance and running The Tan. RUNVO is deeply connected to Melbourne's active lifestyle culture.
Consistency Through Community
Accountability happens naturally when you are part of something bigger. Show up for the group. Show up for yourself.
Join The Movement
Every Saturday. Rain or shine.
RUNVO Run Club meets every Saturday morning at the Shrine of Remembrance in Melbourne. We run a 5KM loop around The Tan. All paces, all levels, all welcome.
